Responsibilities:
SPS is seeking a Recruiting/Placement Director with demonstrated success in
business development, negotiation, communication and problem-solving ability
with leadership experience in a fast-paced placement environment. As Director,
this position will be responsible for evaluating and streamlining processes and
systems; managing and developing staff; client development; marketing and
business development that provides incremental revenue growth; as well as
managing a personal book of business.
SPS is offering a base salary commensurate with experience plus excellent
commission opportunities. Medical, dental, life, 401k and paid time off benefits
are also included.
Requirements:
Job Requirements
• 3-5 years experience in the direct placement and staffing industry
• Temporary staffing experience preferred
• Proven success in developing client relationships and managing a book of business
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Supervisory/management experience strongly preferred
• Advanced interpersonal skills and closing expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of ambition and goal orientation
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, metrics driven environment
